WW2 RFC (RAF) Pilots Wings

This pattern is typical of those worn by RFC pilots who remained in the RAF and worn during WW2 and are far rarer to find than actual WW1 examples.

Lightly padded wings in a heavy thread on a black wool base material with a fine cotton backing. Possibly Indian or Middle Eastern theatre made.
